An international wedding full of emotion: Madeleine and Jose

Sweden and Spain united in an unforgettable celebration in Catalonia.

Madeleine is Swedish and Jose is Spanish, and their story led them to celebrate their wedding in Catalonia surrounded by family and friends from all over the world. 

Their wedding also had a touch of destiny and serendipity: their photographer canceled at the last minute, and that’s when they found me and contacted me almost spontaneously. Luckily, I already had experience photographing in this beautiful location, so it was a pleasure to be able to accompany them on their big day. 

The venue is perfect for a wedding: it has separate and very comfortable spaces for the bride and groom to get ready, as well as beautiful spots for photos. The wedding was truly international. Approximately half of the guests came from Spain and the other half from Sweden, creating a very special cultural mix. Several Swedish traditions were also incorporated into the celebration, making the day even more unique and meaningful. 

It was a wedding filled with emotion. There were many tears, especially from the groom. José was deeply moved by everything that was happening; it was impossible not to notice how much he loves Madeleine and how happy he was to be able to celebrate that day with her. 

It was undoubtedly a wonderful wedding, full of heartfelt moments, emotion, and love. One of those days that feels authentic and stays in your memory for a long time.
